Infinite Ammo
How to unlock: If you finish a stage without letting your combo meter reach zero, you will unlock a chili that gives you infinite ammo for a single weapon. Beat the following levels with a non-zeroed combo meter to get infinite ammo for the weapon desired:

How to unlock: To unlock characters in Arena Del Toro and Getting Tanked!, get a Gold Medal. For Ay Mama!, Carne Cesar, Rooftop ferno, Abandon Ship!, Nice Wheels, Supervilla!, The Hacienda, The Jungle, and Ultimate Underworld!, get a Silver medal.
